We’re committed to serving our audience! And what better way to do that, than involving values-aligned communities early in our development process!
This helps us to...
- Enrich our games with more diverse feedback.
- Better align ourselves towards common goals.
- Discover opportunities to serve our audience while we're still early and can make pivots.
- Uplift thought leaders and initiative-takers who we admire.
The Causeway Partner Network is part of this commitment.
We celebrate how each of our partners is already achieving amazing things, and we invite them to be part of our movement towards inclusive and welcoming game and esport communities which celebrate learning and personal growth.

Girls Gank Squad
Founded in 2017, Girls Gank Squad emerged from a community of Heroes of the Storm players aiming to provide a competitive environment for women regardless of skill level.
Their goal is to enable women and grow and play together, benefiting from peer-learning and gaining experience playing under pressure — with a view to eventually seeing women on a main roster.
They have a long legacy of running charity tournaments, as well as an open format where the winning team stays on each week and matches are streamed and casted.

Female Legends
Female Legends is a non-profit working to promote women, trans, and non-binary people within esports and the wider gaming community.
Their goals are:
- A gender-equal and low level of harassment in gaming
- A significant share of female participants in esports at all levels
- Equal and inclusive workplaces in all areas related to gaming
Their initiatives include coaching, organising open and mixed tournaments, running summer camps for girls, and they have an official presence at Dreamhack — the world's largest LAN party.
The organisation was founded in 2016 in Sweden and has since amassed over 5000 members.
